Settings & integrations

Everything that shapes the workspace rather than the trading: identity, password, billing, appearance, alerts, the services you link, and the reset.

Account

Your display name (shown on the trader leaderboard and copy-trader logs), your username (your public handle, changing it asks for your password), your email (tied to your login; contact support to change it) and your time zone, which drives calendar events and trade timestamps.

Security

Change your password from here; you will need your current one. The rule is at least 10 characters with letters and numbers. Changing it does not stop your automations: the engine holds the routing, not your browser session, so signing out or signing in elsewhere never interrupts a live strategy.

Billing

Your plan, payment method and invoices. Open billing settings takes you to Stripe's secure billing page to update your card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel, then brings you back. With no plan on the account the card says so and points you at the plans. See Plans and billing.

Appearance

Light or Dark from the Settings card; the theme dialog in the top bar adds Gray, the cool neutral default. Your choice follows you across the whole site: the workspace, the public pages and this documentation read the same preference, and it is stored against your account so it follows you to another browser.

Notifications

Order fill sounds is the same switch as the speaker in the top bar. Below it, pick an alert sound (play previews, choosing stays silent) and click a volume level. Email notifications are marked coming soon; browser notifications, quiet hours and mobile push are not active yet. Full detail in Fill alerts and sounds.

Integrations

Discord. Link your Discord account and Quanify adds you to the Quanify server and gives you the role your plan earns, in one step. Press Connect Discord, approve the request, and you are back where you started.

Quanify asks for two permissions only: who you are, and permission to add you to the server. Nothing about your messages, your email or your other servers.
One Discord account links to one Quanify account.
Your role follows your plan: change plans and the role changes with it.
Disconnect unlinks immediately.

Google. Where Google sign-in is offered, this card links or unlinks it as a way to sign in to the same account.

Danger zone

Reset account wipes everything you have configured and starts clean: broker connections and sub-accounts, your strategy library and anything added from the published library, your Copy Trader group and follower routes, and your layout, theme and tab preferences. Your login, email and subscription stay. It cannot be undone, it asks you to confirm, and it does not close a single position.

What a setting change reaches, and when

Settings split into three groups by where they live, and the difference matters when something does not appear to take effect.

Engine-held: routing, per-account mute, the copy group. These are read by the thing that places orders, so a change applies to the next signal without a restart and survives a refresh, a second device and a sign-out.
Account-held: profile, theme, notification and sound preferences. Stored against your Quanify account, so they follow you to another browser.
Browser-held: which cards you collapsed, the sidebar state. Deliberately local, because they describe this screen rather than your trading.

If a change looks like it did not stick, that grouping is the first thing to check: a browser-held preference will not follow you to a different machine, and it is not supposed to.
