Settings & integrations
Everything that shapes the workspace rather than the trading: identity, appearance, alerts, risk defaults and the accounts you connect to Quanify.
Account
Your display name — shown on copy-trader logs and the leaderboard — your email, and your time zone. The time zone drives calendar events and every timestamp you see, so set it before you read the journal.
Appearance
Four palettes: Light, Gray, Dark and an older cool-white. Your choice follows you across the whole site — the dashboard, the landing pages and this documentation all read the same preference.
The light and dark toggle on the public pages is the same setting. Flip it there while you are signed in and your workspace changes to match on the next load; change the palette here and the public pages follow. If you use Dark rather than Gray, toggling on a public page and back returns you to Dark, not to Gray.
Notifications
Toasts for fills and signals, with an optional sound. Only the one clip you select is ever downloaded, and it is decoded once, so leaving sound on costs nothing while nothing is filling.
Sound is off until you turn it on, using the speaker in the top bar. Browsers refuse to play audio until you have interacted with the page, so if you load the workspace and immediately walk away, the first chime of the session may not sound — click anywhere once and it will.
Alerts fire for accounts you have routed a strategy at. Several fills inside the same moment are announced as one event rather than a burst of chimes, so two accounts filling together do not double up.
Risk management
Defaults for the checks described in Risk controls, applied to accounts as you route them. Setting a default here does not reach back and change an account you have already configured — it is the starting point for the next one, so a deliberate exception you made earlier survives.
The two worth setting before you route anything are the daily loss cap and the maximum order size. Neither of them blocks a closing order.
Password and sign-in
Change your password from here; you will need your current one. Changing it does not stop your automations — the engine holds the routing, not your browser session, so signing out or signing in elsewhere never interrupts a live strategy.
Integrations — Discord
Link your Discord account and Quanify adds you to the Quanify server and gives you the role your plan earns, in one step. Press Connect Discord, approve the request, and you are back where you started.
- Quanify asks for two permissions only: who you are, and permission to add you to the server. Nothing about your messages, your email or your other servers.
- The authorisation is used once, at the moment you link, and is not stored.
- One Discord account links to one Quanify account.
- Disconnect unlinks immediately. Your server role is left as it is.
Danger zone
Deleting your Quanify account removes your workspace, your strategies and your routing. It does not touch your broker accounts or any position you are holding — those live with your broker, and you close them there.
