Troubleshooting

The failure modes worth knowing, and what the workspace shows when each one happens.

My trader says "Not routed"

The card is powered on but the engine has no link for it. Quanify retries the repair automatically. If it persists, toggle the trader off and on — that rewrites the routing from scratch — and check the account is still online in Account Manager.

My trader says "Still routed"

You powered it off but the engine still holds the link, so that account could still fill. Quanify clears it automatically and the label goes away once the engine confirms. It is shown rather than hidden precisely because the account is still live until it clears.

A connected account is missing from the Add Trader list

The picker refreshes from the engine every time you open it, so closing and reopening the dialog is the fix. If it is still missing, confirm the account appears in Account Manager — if it is absent there too, the broker connection itself is the problem.

My alert fired but nothing traded

Open the Signal Log on Control Center. Every signal is recorded before routing, so it will be there with the outcome per account: not eligible, muted, daily loss limit reached, double entry blocked, or the account not being ready. A signal that reaches Quanify and routes nowhere is answered with a success — that keeps TradingView from throttling your alerts — so the log, not the HTTP response, is where you look.

The status page says the engine is degraded

status.quanify.pro checks the same heartbeat the workspace uses. If the engine is not reporting, new signals will not route — but positions you already hold are untouched, at your broker, and you can still close them there.

Copy Trader is on and my strategies stopped

That is the interlock working. While Copy Trader is armed, the leader and its enabled followers are muted for strategy signals so one account cannot take both a strategy order and a mirrored one. Power Copy Trader off and your traders resume exactly as they were.

Still stuck

The Help Center has the support desk, and linking your Discord in Settings puts you in the server where the team answers.
